We are Ben and Lizzy, and we formed Crieve Hall Bagel Co. right out of our home kitchen (with two little ones running around, during a quarantine!) with the original goal of providing some delicious, fresh, fermented sourdough bagels to our friends and neighbors south of Nashville. We saw ourselves as a literal mom-and-pop shop in our home, and it was never intended to grow much beyond that.

Thanks to some strong word-of-mouth support from the surrounding community, our plans changed and Crieve Hall Bagel Co. continues to bake and grow each day. We are proud to use fresh, whole ingredients to provide the only sourdough bagels around. We believe in quality, and we believe in kindness, and it's been amazing to share those values with all of you every day through our baking!
